My philosophy to the college recruiting process has been learned over 5 years of working specifically in helping prospects navigate the soccer recruiting process.
1) Trust: Using my experience as an ECNL coach, recruiting director, and relationships with college programs, I evaluate players and create a detailed recruiting plan that is tailored to each prospect within their desired list of school criteria. Families and college programs trust the Kick2College process.
2) Honesty: I don’t overpromise. I give honest consultations to athletes, with constructive feedback, and deliver accurate evaluations to colleges. This combination leads to results.
3) Confidence: Because of the accuracy of my past evaluations and recommendations, college coaches and programs feel confident that I am providing recruiting evaluations that are truthful, detailed and beneficial to their recruiting needs.
4) Relationships: My business relationships with college coaches has been built over years of providing honest player evaluations. Sometimes coaches reach out with specific year and position requests. Other times I introduce an undervalued player and they appreciate the opportunity to evaluate. These cultivated relationships lead to interest that sometimes lead to an offer from that school, or the interest helps close the deal on another school of the player’s preference. Either way, the relationships and direct communication with coaches can help move the player along their path to the right academic and soccer fit
